The current Leech is fine as it is, I suggested the additional stat to make it more true to its name. Its an interesting spy watch that should be covered more in depth. But I do like your idea of making it replace ammo with health, how about add: Ammo turns into health but you still recieve 50% ammo from ammo packs

I think we should add "ammo become health" to hit to improve her duration
or I thought about a great stuff

(-) suck out 3% of your actual health (+1)
"mean that it can suck out between 5 and 1 health each second"

but if you are low life, you have a low cost cloak but chance to get one shooted by any random missed bullet !

Waaaaay too OP
Don't forget that this cloak have infinite use, it would be op and mire than annoying !

I like GENTLEMEN! and Kritzkrieg (nerf him)
but you can give custom weapon to Saxton ?
Like american gothic (with buff of duration)
or the Heavenly hit (could be fun nah ?)
a rage who apply infection to nearby players ? and stuff like that

maybe you will be able to modify actual saxton model and turn them into refreshing balanced saxton

Maybe it could be that there slowed down by 25% like in my idea and make the hp drain be 1/8 of their health so you can kill a heavy but not kill light clases in a matter of seconds

Here is the damage per second on every class to help you with the math:
Scout: 15 hp per second (Merc's Supplies: 18 hp per second)
Soldier: 25 hp per second (Battalions Backup: 27 hp per second)
Pyro: 22 hp per second
Demoman: 22 hp per second (Eyelander: 18 hp per second)
Heavy: 37 hp per second (Doom Bringer: 34 hp per second
Engineer: 15 hp per second (Gunslinger: 18 hp per second, Brain over Brawns: 22 hp per second and Gunslinger + Brain over Brawns: 25 hp per second)
Medic: 18 hp drain per second (Vita-Saw: 17 hp per second)
Sniper: 15 hp per second (Darwins Danger Shield: 18 hp per second)
Spy: 15 hp drain per second (Kunai: 9 hp per second)

Oh god ! Seriously ! This kill in a few second ! And become so **** strong because actual infect doesn't wound and instant kill, here you make free victim for anyone ! 1/8 is way too much

This is what I had planned.. due to the "Le Dettonaire" being similar to the Infection. This rework idea will involve removing the "Stab n away", including a little from Eternal's idea (but more simple).

(+) On backstab: place a disease
(+) Enemies are slowed by X% and their heath is drain X per second
(+) Instant cloak upon a backstab
(-) Disease can be removed by a healing supply, medic, health kit, or resupply
(-) Backstabs do no damage

Maybe it could be that there slowed down by 25% like in my idea and they have 5 or 10 hp drained per second

Or you could simply use the Infection Powerup effect that take 10% of max health each second and is cured by medic or health pack... just have to use sv_cheat to implements that

As someone said before,
The Culling axe as lost is identity

To kill ennemies with less than 75 HP you just have to use the +25% damage of that pyro weapon (idk the english name sorry)
And it got many other malus than less medic healing

I think it should get a buff
Maybe ennemies behind 85 HP ? But it won't be enougth too
Maybe, could it be the come back of the Old Equalizer ?
Or just bring the "less than 50% of max HP" only on PvP servers ?

(+) +20% ammo carried
(+) accuracy scales damage by 30% (increase damage by 30% pn the same target)
(-) no charge
(-) -50% headshoot damage (it will be like a mini-crit)
(-) high recoil

You can keep shooting multiple time and keep the scoping to cumulate hit
The recoil is high, but with good timing you can make it !
