The current Leech is fine as it is, I suggested the additional stat to make it more true to its name. Its an interesting spy watch that should be covered more in depth. But I do like your idea of making it replace ammo with health, how about add: Ammo turns into health but you still recieve 50% ammo from ammo packs

The offical "Ammo collected from ammo boxes becomes health" stopped working after the Gun Mettle or Tough Break update.

Remove random crit
Aka : the old version of the Culling axe
Mean that you have to remove it from other severs like finish lines instead of try rebalance it

The fact is that "ammo become health" is the real name of the attribut, so it's more understandable for coders ^^
