This Weapon is not so ranged, not so powerfull for no-scope shoot
But if you can ambush, this is deadly, headshoot are still powerfull at long range

that's why it's the Chains of Command.

I will be deleting the link in a couple of days, so please don't share. There are a couple of new weapons that aren't done yet, so they won't be mentioned. Also, this ISN'T close to the final version. So things will be added/removed.

I saw your plans for the Drunk Grail and the stat "on hit: played becomes drunk(screen rotated)" reminded me of the Same Ol' Shillelagh's "On hit: Disorientate enemy" stat

will it work the same way or will it be different?

They will both work differently
But.... rip jarate on hit (2015-2016)
Both effect are horrible to receive (exept for pyro who total don't care)
