IIRC the Bulldog is a scout scattergun...Didn't it use to work on a lifeleech mechanic?

Oh yeah ^^ I was still with the old "bulldog" primary of the engineer
But the bulldog of the scout is pretty weak too
Maybe put damage reduction to -20% would restore a bit the weapon strength, -50% damage is overkilling the lifesteal

I know... I know. The main buff I want for the Bulldog has to be coded. One of the coders was working on it, but couldn't figure it out. Hopefully that will change.
