Would you prefere to get in our suggestion of new weapon the index of attribut and value of it ?
that could make weapon adding/testing faster

That's not what slows down new weapons getting made... 95% of the sugguestions requires something new to be coded. Then I have to wait for it to be made (if it's even possible in-game to work).

Great weapon can be made with tones of unused attribut from valve
Im doing some new weapon style for my FF2 boss
and only with base attributs

Can you please... explain the reason of a rebalance (or link to the suggestion)
in order to avoid "rage quit"

No it's just 50% faster to charge now.
IDK if it's 0.5 or 1.5 but anyway, it now either takes 1.65 (0.5) or 2.2 (1.5) seconds to get to the maximum charge.

Would the combo work for multiple target ?
should reduce the damage penality to -25% -> normal -> crit
would make 37 - 50 - 150 damage instead of 25 - 37 - 150

Shoot would deal 90 damage ?

and for headshoot, if it's a support weapon, the headshoot could
-crit deal no damage
-crit force victim to laugth (or put a stun for x second)
-can't be crit boosted

Sentry Booster don't need to be removed
it's easy to counter, the engi take damage when sentry deal damage
just press E and wait for the engi to be low health, then kill him and poke his sentry until you destroyed it
