Tactical Revolver

Reduce all the duration to 15 from 30, the damage penalty to 20% from minimal, and remove the slower fire rate penalty. I didn't put the reason behind my reworking last time, it's to reduce the duration of the effect and to outbalance it.

Hum, I agree for the duration, but the damage need to stay low or it will become better than deadly roses

reduced mark to death to 12 second
crit instead of mini-crit
crit deal no damage

Yes, and it's not like the normal knife instantly kills people on backstab instead of giving them 10 seconds of time to save themselves or anything.
