Sniper rifle for australian who don't jarate in their pants

(-) bullet have damage falloff (0.5 damage falloff compared to other bullet gun)

(+/-) headshoot deal max damage instead of crit :/ (no damage falloff on head)

This Weapon is not so ranged, not so powerfull for no-scope shoot
But if you can ambush, this is deadly, headshoot are still powerfull at long range

AA-GUN

I saw your plans for the Drunk Grail and the stat "on hit: played becomes drunk(screen rotated)" reminded me of the Same Ol' Shillelagh's "On hit: Disorientate enemy" stat

They will both work differently
But.... rip jarate on hit (2015-2016)
Both effect are horrible to receive (exept for pyro who total don't care)
