(+) while sapped, the buildings make nearby ennemies (500u ?) glow for all your team
(+) make sapped buildings glow
(-) does not desactivate buildings (still damage them)

Primary Scanner for Spy

(+) can see ennemies in a 2000u range by glow
(+) it use medic indicator to show you low life ennemies
(-) ability is avaible lnly while deployed
(-) can't see ennemies health (only glow, no health bar)
(-) no revolver (it have a huge delay between attack like 999 second to prevent any shoot, use attack rate penality to maximum)
(-) -25 Health

It's way more balanced cause range is limited, but effect is permanant and easier to code (you guys never think about coder ^^)

it wouldnt affect much considering that an explosion's power on a noscope bodyshot would be 10 damage, but I think it should be added in because you can sniper jump, so people use melees other than the climber, because if you aren't using the climber, you're missing out on all the sniper spots you couldnt get to before, now at the cost of 10 hp you can jump up to all those places while still having a powerful melee to back you up.

Hitscan weapons (such as Sniper Rifle, Minigun, and everything that use bullets / melee) cannot proc an explosion (or anything else in that matter) on the game world, unless you 'explo-jump' on players.

but still if you want explosive bullet, take attribut 280 to value 2
your sniper will shot rocket ^^

If players have the proper models missing, replace the weapon models with normal TF2 weapon models (Possibly with custom colors, I'd imagine they'd be the same models as the kill icons). It allows people who don't want to have custom models taking up space on their computer to play without having big red ERRORs appear everywhere.

It's a model overriding, if you don't have the model you will have the stock weapon, that actually the case ^^
but this should go in "bug" section ^^

More like a Soldier with a Minigun. 300 health + Marked for Death is equal to having around 230 health, though there is the Falloff Immunity to consider. In my opinion they should increase the spinup time (Like you said), and change the M4D to a 20-40% damage vulnerability.
