It's not OP, the backstab is weaker than stock option and so... Harder to use

The Fan Support has a pretty misleading name...
It's more like "The Your-Own-Life-Saving Support"
So, make it a more team based weapon, but add some penalties.

Pros:
On hit: Target is highlighted (For you and teammates), deals reduced damage, and is slowed for 7 seconds
Can mark up to 3 targets each
Cons:
-75% damage penalty
50% slower firing speed
Marked for death while active

I love the rocket specialist idea
but now, their is no damage falloff on direct hit
Time to reduce attack rate by 50%

50% is just to much don't you think? 15% maybe?

For me, if you use this weapon, it's to control your rocket and hit your victim at any range
So your supposed to have only one projectile at time, now the matador have no dmg falloff on direct hit (yay) and deal 90 damage at any range, if you don't nerf it sniper got to cry

So getting more ammo is useless, also, slower movement speed is a real burdon for someone who need to reach 'n' kill with stab
Need to be improved (or removed) for spy

Wouldn't make a better cloak only
Just thinking that it would make a good tweak if improve health in general
Or increase movement speed
Or increase deploy rate for all weapon
Or improve speed with missing health
Or improve regeneration
Or get fir... Wait no fire retardant suit
