ok listen, their is 2 way of modifying attack rate ok
attribut 5 at 2 is 2 time slower and at 0.5 is 2 time faster
attribut 6 at 1 is 2 time faster and at 0.5 is half faster
other way are situational or hidden

Wrong "fire rate penalty" (5) and "fire rate bonus" (6) have only one difference, which is : Modifying the color of the attributes' description and the description itself, making the description false,because sometimes, there's attributes without a "penalty" or a "bonus".

Using "fire rate penalty" "0.5" is the same as "fire rate bonus" "0.5", the only thing that will change is this :
(5) ►" -50% slower firing speed"
Which is completely wrong, it will be +50% FASTER.

(6) ► "+50% faster firing speed"
Which is correct.

Another case, when slowing with "fire rate bonus" "2", you'll get something like this : "+100% fire rate bonus", which again, is wrong, it's +100% SLOWER.

And that goes like this for every attributes. Now, here's a good example of bad formatting from Valve.

"max health additive bonus" "20" gives us "+20 max health on wearer."
That's good, now, if we use -20 instead with the same attribute, it will show this : "+-20 max health on wearer." (or -+, it depends).

yeah I wanted to say "2 time slower"
The attribut 5 seems to be easier to use for my FF boss config so I use only it

the attribut 5 seems to multiply the value of the delay between 2 attack
the attribut 6 just substract the delay by a % of the delay
