Ideas for Changes/Balancing (Custom Weapons)
Psycho's Axe (actual stats)
(+) Psycho Rampage: all melee damage charges the *Rampage* meter. Once at 100%, taunt to activate several buffs. The less health you have, the more charge you will get on hit.
(+) During rampage: +25% melee damage, speed boost, full knockback resistance, +25% damage reduction, and health regen. (The less health you have, the higher the health regen.)
(+) Full health restored on kill at anytime (can't overheal)
(+) 10% bonus movement speed
(+) 25% longer melee range
(-) Only have access to your melee weapon
(-) 75% less health from packs and healers
(-) No random critical hits


Psycho's Axe (REWORKED)

(+) During rampage: +40% attack rate, speed boost, full knockback resistance, +25% damage reduction, and health regen. (The less health you have, the higher the health regen.)

Rage is fine
removed "less health : more rage"
changed +25% damage to +40% attack rate (to fit the insane gameplay)

(+) Full health restored on kill at anytime (can't overheal)
(+) 10% bonus movement speed
NEW (+) Damage increase when lower (up to +25%)

(+) 25% longer melee range <= don't fit the model

(-) Only have access to your melee weapon
(-) 50% less health from packs
(-) -90% health from medic
(-) No random critical hits <= one of the biggest nerf, but I keep it

Other note : Increase base rage to 20~25% per hit (from 10%)

That how I feel it, any suggestion for rebalance this ? reply it

Ideas for Changes/Balancing (Custom Weapons)
Some weapon are so weak... sound good on paper but in game

The Pyscho axe
  • Impossible to heal out of combat, if you reach 20 HP, you are bound to die
  • Weaker than any demo-knight
  • You rage once, You kill all, but you don't reach rage often
  • full life hit add 8% rage, with 125 HP, it give 50%, may have to modify the calcul
  • Phlog do it better than Psycho axe and is better, FlameThrower > melee weapon
  • When melee fighting, a random crit can stop your rampage
max killstreak reach : 6 kill
die with no kill : 60% of time
die with no rage : 80% of time

The Heavy Artiellry wrench
  • less damage than normal sentry on calcul (+50% damage , -100% fire rate)
  • less range ? ok but for win what ?
  • one good point : use less ammo, but normal sentry don't use lot of ammo too
  • less knockback, less surprise ambush, can't kill before get hit
lvl 3 reached : 1 sentry over 5 other
Heavy stopped : 1 over 2 hours (havn't notice the sentry lel)

Danger range (was op, but now...)
  • Bonus don't trigger while jumping, rocket jump deal 60 damage to yourself
  • higher jump also improve fall damage, ~40 fall damage
  • this mean you can rocket jump 2 time before die...
  • you are weaker when not rocket jumping, but TOO WEAK
  • can't use old abe, cause you need base jumper or Long range boots to survive
  • too close from air-strike gameplay
Cost of a rocket jump : 100
Dead like a shit : 40% of time
Old abe crit hit : 1 !!! YEAAAAAAAAH


Sentry buster (op to nothing)
  • +25% sentry attack rate, +25% sentry range seems pointless
  • can't kill an heavy without die
  • it's stock weapon... pointless

Waved Farewell
  • a "racist weapon" who is not used
  • if a Sniper use this weapon, go demoknight he can't defend himself on melee

Knifemare
  • one of the hardest to balance
  • backstab a sandvich heavy ? mission impossible
  • stun seems to don't refresh on 3rd hit : mean you die
  • the longer holster don't allow you to finish with gun
  • no damage, backstab is weaker, proud of butterknife label
