Try Wrangler on a long range, bullet damage will fall off a bit like a pistol

whats the point of the combo then if you kill them at 75 hp with a combo on 3 hits and the Uncontainable Reaction deals shit damage

I will be just removing the Cutting Blade due to having so many pyor melees (plus it being currently useless).

If your removing the Culling Blade cause its bad then you should remove the uncontainable reaction aswell

I like this

The healing system is meant to team up with the ability to see teammates through walls. If you see that there being attacked or that they need healing immediately you can taunt and save them. The current sixth sense doesn't really reward that much since the ability to see players through walls for 10 seconds isn't worth the risk of taunting

This is way to freaking powerfull ? Why ? Because a medic can just don't use his melee for that kind of stuff and keep medigun in order to get the permanant highlight

I think it should have body malus like :

While deployed : able to see allies trought walls with their HP bar
On taunting : Heal the allies with the lowest health like an Amputator

But

While deployed : consum 1% ubercharge by second
30% slower deploy/holster
10% slower movement speed

AW – The Drive By:
On kill: You get a speed boost for 5 seconds
-35% damage vulnerability while active
-25% damage penalty

This would make it more balanced and add the statagy to avoiding a heavy, running. The problem with the current one is that it doesnt have real downsides that keep you from going a murder spree, the only downsides that it has are easily solved by just picking up ammo from dead bodies and having a medic on you. Isn't it a bit weak ? I mean, your minigun must spin to kill, and speedboosting a slow hoovy won't make him being something so runny
At least add (no movement speed penality while spining the minigun)

Seems like the "make a balanced weapon" will be a good debate for 2-3 pages...

You havn't speak about balancing himself' just about founding a gameplay, and player oftently found one before start thinking (cause we all have lazy dead brain)
The most important things is to consider how good is your stats and give it a weight that you have to balance with malus
Another important but harder things is to modify those value depending on what weapon you use... For example
Accuracy on pistol is better than accuracy on shotgun (for me)
Or adding damage to a rocket launcher or a sniper is more dangerous than put it on a melee
And the most hardcore stuff that you discover only after typing your sh!t is how does those multiple stuff work together, if you put extra blast radius and no damage faloff it's fucking horrible
Also what about unfair gameplay ? About newbie gameplay ?
Their is nothing really interresting in your suggestion, really...
