The Deadly Rose for Spy no longer remove its effects when unequipping the item. This can be transfered to any weapon or class in the game.

Flamethrowers, Sniper Rifles, Miniguns, Shotguns and Scatterguns all benefit immensely from this glitch.

It already gains charge pretty quickly, it doesn't give overheal so your pocket is more likely he'll die, if he gets hit by crits or a large ammount of damage, pop your shield and pull out your crit ready sword and strike down the bastard that thought killing the patient first was a good idea

Hum for me a battle medic would use a Blutsauger and don't give too much importance to the medigun, like vaccinator or quick fix
And the famus Ubersaw

Damage Taken = Tank godnes
Damage dealt = Electroshock
If you feel like the Tank is too op : make it become more tank like
Add -10% movement speed ^^
