The burning billy is weak with his oil stats, the jarate increase all damage and more than 34% !!!

Say you drenched someone in oil. Shooting them with the sniper rifle or a no charged hunstman shot will do 50 damage. Afterburn Damage + Afterburn Time Duration = 24 Damage. Player most likely is going to do 74 damage. Two shots with sniper rifle at a drenched in oil enemy will most likely to kill most classes.

But its "on time" if you make 2 shoot in 2 second on someone lit, he wont take as much damages as expected
I mean, buff this weapon can be a good idea
And just, how does oil remove fire ? é_è

According to the Attribut given by the Staff, their is enougth stuff to make a new kind of sentry and, by the same way, a way to give a better gameplay to Heavy Wrench

Stuff to add on Heavy Artiellry Wrench

might add "increased knockback from sentres"
might add "longer sentry responses"

other stuff ?
+25% sentry range
even slower attack rate

another bonus ?
-50% damage falloff
-40% base damage

Laser Sentry (harder, better, faster, stronger)

(+) almost instant sentry turn !
(+) deal laser damage, ignore strong defensive buff (like ubercharge or battalion)

(+) bullet pierce players
(-) -25% sentry range

Quantuum Dispencer (Show that you love your team !)

(+) can put 2 dispencer
(+) repairing/ugrade one dispencer will repair/ugrade the second

(-) damage from one dispencer is bound to the second too

Infinite Healer (Like a Medispencer !)

(+) can be ugraded to lvl 5 ! (no model change, maybe put particle ?)

Balanced ?

Overpowered weapon :

medispencer (Heal too much, no overheal penality, Uber is powerfull)
Scrap collector (getting infinite metal, even with Brawn over Brain)
Rasputns Shield (add lil-airblast on damage to deny Kill with this)

Weak weapon

Psycho axe (cause can't get health if wounded before hit someone)
Terminal killocity (due to attribut death)
Matador (need something more)
Old abe (too hard to get something)
Knifemare... (the weakest, can be compared to no-melee)
Fighting spirit (first kill is too hard to get)

yep, cause the penalities is having 1 clip only... so it's even better than Force-a-nature with 2 clip size

But what about the fire rate? The Force-A-Nature might not deal nearly as much damage, but it fires a lot faster.
