Deal up to 120 damage with one flare... Enougth to shutdown lightclasses, but their is no knockback, mean than you have to be skilled of trap your victim for crit

The reload delay is the moment where your unscoped and reload before re-scope
The attack delay is really short but its the same (less visible) for the flare
You should try playing on a UberUgrade server and see what happend when you modify stats

Meh. They're kinda the same thing and I thought the flare gun doesn't have reload. Like the sniper rifle, it says "No Reload".
