Skeletons themed weapon for all classes (this message will be long)

New effect : Doom
red marked for death icon
it's a bleed who deal 1 damage by second for X second
it can be stacked infinitly
stack decrease when 1 stack worn off (add new doom effect don't refresh the timer)

Scout Scattergun : Quick Infector
(+) on hit : target get doom for 2 second
(+) mini-crit on doom target
