Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)

Bio breaker- Heavy primary(great design but i'll do my best with this since drills aren't guns)

Pros
+ When spinning, you will gain increased walking speed; the longer you spin, the faster you go (same applies to the speed of the drill too aka: "Firing" speed since drills aren't guns)
+ Hitting enemies with the drill will increase a ramming meter (like demo's shield)
+ Damage bonus equal to your increasing speed; up to 25%
+ 20-30% damage resist when spun

Cons
- Cannot shoot bullets/Firing is disabled(Only spinning the drill will happen and nothing more)
- Speed bonus(both walk and drill spin) will reset after charging and *reduced by melee attacks
*i'd really don't know at this point
- loses 5-10 ammo per second while spun
- 15% longer spin-up

Basically it's an improvised primary that does melee damage instead of ranged fire like a normal minigun, or any other primary weapon for that matter... i dunno why i made this....i was bored

Developer(Item Creator's) Suggested Stats:

Pros:
+ 20% Damage
+ 25% Damage resistance
+ Movement speed while reved up is uneffected
+ Getting a kill increases max movement speed by 4%, can stack 4 times to a total of 93% movemnt speed
+/- It's a drill

Cons:
- Does not fire bullets, close ranged weapon only
- No spin up, primary and alt fire both spin up the gun
- Consumes an additional 6 ammo per second while spun up

EDIT: Decided to add suggested stats from the weapon maker too for the laughs and for comparision sake

*Fun facts: all you need to know is these words: Anime robot that uses a giant drill to destroy it's enemies, and an underwater utopia gone wrong for a lot of reasons from mutation and mad men trying to outsmart society by making a rapture(name of said utopia). Get it? got it? good.

With the release of the new Heavy melee weapon "Terminal Killocity"*, I can see it as the opposite of the G.R.U weapon since it increases jump height instead of speed but it has a few issues.

-The G.R.U has only -25% instead of -50% that the T.K* has (it's hard to kill people with these gloves, even WITHOUT the slower walk speed heavy has to deal with)

-G.R.U can do random crits unlike T.K* (i know that G.R.U can mark you for death while active but you can still do as a last stand kind of measure...if your desprate)

-I can understand if you do wanted to keep the slow speed stat on the T.K* since they are spaced themed after all, but you may want to tweak it in case players find heavy to be too slow
while using them (i dunno how slow heavy can get but you don't wanna be a sitting duck if your getting shot at),
either that or an increased switch in/out speed for the T.K* itself to comfensake for the slow, floating, nature that these gloves offer when you want to be prepared to fight back

You do realize that one of the miniguns, if constantly rotated, actually speeds up heavy's movement speed? The T.K. is a great combo with this

What minigun has no speed penalty let alone increase heavy's walking speed when spinning all the time? The only one i can think of at the moment is the tomislav since it has a faster spinup time if that's what your talking about.

But you can't deny that they do crap damage compared to the G.R.U which gives the feeling of it being just a tool only rather than being used for both a good tool AND a good weapon to use against players with like the G.R.U yeah, i know they mark for death but at least you can do some good damage before your dead anyways
