Suffering does have a good point about the brute force.
The marked death penalty does counter-act against the crit on airborne buff on the grounds that you might kill yourself by accident since switching to your melee while already having the stickies set to jump will have you take extra damage from the blast due to your mark.(except the sticky jumper)
And all for a upside that's hard to pull off due to aimming down on a single enemy and hoping the hit will land and kill them before you get yourself killed shortly after, again due to the mark.
You can make the argument that you can jump with the sticky launcher and then pull out the force and that's a good point... except the fact that the draws and sheaths slower than normal and need I remind you, it marks you when you have it out anyways while trying to to pull it off

Indeed, we need more tool melee instead of combat melees

In all honesty, soldier is not the best class in melee combat(that belongs to the demoman) but I can see some uses for his other melee weapons, mainly the equalizer and market gardener being used by rocket jumpers to deal out pain by insane high damage output from hurting to rocketjump in the air or just critting them.
The rest are just last resort/killing blow weapons like the half-zatoichi or sidegrades to switch up your playstyle like the pain-train(despite being useless in other gamemodes except capture the point or payload which is sad)

The -25% damage are already in the damage decreasing with life...

A weapon that is based around random crits is not fun to play against or just useless

Yeah, this weapon was actually my idea since it was originally not suppose to have drecreasing damage on health in my idea(but i understand why) and the random crits completely flew past my head when i made this(guess it's a my bad on my part)

I was thinking of a melee machine gun that deals out a constant damage but risks your life in doing so since your health is very slowly healed by mediguns much like the other pickaxes (which is not on the weapon either)

If anything it'll be reworked later down the line when nessesary, so here's some revised stats that i think could be used for this:

+ Fire rate increases as health decreases (up to 75%)
-- When active: -90% less healing from medic sources
-- 20-25% Slower fire rate
-- No random crits

I was talking about reducing how long the bleed stays on it's enemy down to 2-3 seconds which is the same duration as number 13's afterburn before leaving

Plus the sweet blade in front of the gun looks like it can do some extra charge damage while demoknighting with this gun out :)

Im sure I have read "cooling system" on sentry somewhere...

I searched up the custom weapon suggestions to really see if someone did this same kind of idea on a sentry before my post, and all i found is that the cooldown/overheat mechanic was only seen on a minigun called the RipJaw. So as far as I know, the mechanic has never been used on a sentry before.

And yes, while the suggest is mostly been done by the creator alone, I've taken some liberties to add or modify some of the stats to either help better implement into the game, or change it slightly to make it feel and play differently from the normal sentry gun

Example of former: The "see enemy health" stat was originally active when the sentry is built but due to some coding limits and/or code making being pretty time consuming, i decided to put it as an active stat on the PDA when equipped

Example of latter: I added the reduced/no knockback to counter-balance the piercing bullets since having a sentry that can push back players AND penetrate throught them too can defintely lead to balance issues concerning it's power being too OP

EDIT: I reworked the whole weapon idea into something of a duo-packed banner that gives out a different buff depending on which mouse button you pressed, that said, the previous version was terrible since i wasn't satisified with it's functionality and was just plain broken

EDIT 2: Replaced the duration penalty with melee vulnerability

Bring your Uber to a whole new level by taking advantage of your hurt allies to power your abilities and taking vengence against your enemies who mock your mortal strength

*Worst Case Szenario
*Vaccinator
*Oathbreaker OR Ubersaw

Pros:
+ Each weapon costs 25% charge to use their abilities and the VAC's meter has 4 to work with
+ You can still uber, even if you used a charge to power your other weapons
+ Primary is for get-aways and gains 25% charge on kill but it's rare given the slow fire rate
+ VAC is for defense for you and your teammates and gives uber for the correct damage type blocked
+ Oathbreaker is for offense in either a killing blow or a last stand due to the damage increase from uber

Cons:
- You need your team to charge more uber to work with
- You will waste your charges faster than any other medic
- Planning in which weapon to use is key, otherwise you will be very wasteful of your charges
- Uber management in general is harder to keep track, especially under pressure
- You are still a medic, so be careful and don't be scared to get help if you need it

EDIT: Added the Ubersaw to the loadout for medics who want to get their charges faster from one-on-one fights.

But also to mention, yes the damage vulnerability seems alot, but the demonstration showed if you got hit continuously. If you are in the air, then you should be able to dodge some of the damage.

People don't normally look up often these days, minus jumping soldiers and demos, and some snipers that can shoot you in the air if they found you by chance.

But I'm just saying that you might want to switch the damge intake from "in the air" to "when firing" because, in my mind, It makes more sense for a pyro to be vulnerable when firing his flamethrower than to be vulnerable for just being in the air when you can't do much, especially if you can accindentially make yourself vulneralble by jumping around to maneuver through the map from point to point with your flamethrower out
