Name: Cloak n' Stabber

Stats:

(+) Allows the user to attack while cloaked

(+) Cloaked back stabs marks the target for death and highlights them and nearby allies to the users team

(+) Cloaked back stabs bypasses backpack items (like the razorback)

(+) Successful cloaked back stabs leaves the user unexposed

(-) Cloaked back stabs deals no damage

(-) Cloaked attacks cost 50% of the user cloak meter

(-) Cloaked attacks slightly reveals the user

"This weapon idea i had i mind for a while, but the other ideas from this weapon were just too overpowered since getting a kill from a cloaked back stab no matter how it is balanced will just equal a free kill before dying to the enemy and leave with noobs saying how, so i change this to work as a support weapon to give the users team information to know where the enemy is located for a short time and its a little motion tracker to detect and show near by allies from the target. the mark for death will be its down side if it gets added and players would adapt to it as one player would be like 'i got stabbed, find the spy and don't go near me.' the major cloak cost will make it so that it wont be a easily spammed as a missed attack will leave the user exposed if not careful. despite the stats the knife can still be used to kill your targets as long as your not cloaked as the cloaking features are support function, so you can still be razored for a normal back stab but not a cloaked one as its non-lethal plus its not really were the sniper would expect."

"I have though of this weapon recently as i was rethinking the Cloak n' Stabber, this might be underpowered, overpowered, or just annoying to deal with, but if i can think of a knife that you can use to attack while cloaked, why not add a revolver too, but it deals more damage while cloaked but will leave you exposed after just one shot, use it wisely."

This is just an update of my old shield "Raging Bull" which has the same stats but now this is a differant model with some different and same stats, there are some stats that are "Temperary" because I'm not sure if this will make it more viable to pratice on the focus of "Shield Bashing." What I like most about this weapon is its ability to ping pong enemies and its damage climb to take out any targets who are retreating, this shield does not carry the eyelander's damage boost due to having its own damage climb while charging from its base damage to its boosted damage, the major drawback it has is its recharge rate, but it balances its major upsides so it be so OP, it carries the tide turner's turning radius cause it helps the ping pong effect, now it can only kill three enemies which means you only charge instantly twice making it 3 charges (the first charge attack is the one you activated, the second/third one are achieved by getting a shield bash kill). the knockback effect of this weapon is perfect for some combos, like a max damage shield bash followed up with a pipe can cause major damage making half-knights more viable.

fixed the damage penalty after doing some math after this post

WAS: 25 base + 200% = 75 max at charge

NOW: 37.5 base + 200% = 112.5 max at charge
