Lets address the elephant in the room.

The Tank

As of right now, any Medic can equip the Tank and the Blutsauger and never die. The up to 75% damage resistance is ridiculous. The only way to win a close-up 1v1 against a Tank medic is to get a random crit. This is a Medic. The Medic should never win a close-up 1v1 with any other class, not the other way around.

"Oh u can just shoot him"

Alright, lets say you are a Soldier. Rockets deal 45 - 90 damage. There is a Medic using the Tank that charges up to you. You land a direct hit, bringing the Medic down to about 50 HP due to damage ramp-up at close range. The Medic has been firing Blutsauger needles at you, and you take 30 damage, healing the medic for 9 health alongside the health regen. The medic is now at 60 HP. You fire a rocket at his feet, but instead of dealing 70 damage it deals 28 damage because of the 60% damage resistance. The Medic is now at 35 health, and is landing more Syringes on you because you are at close range. You are now at 120 HP, the Medic has healed himself up to 55 HP. You miss a rocket, and land another direct hit, but instead of dealing 90 damage it deals 36 damage because he once again has 60% resistance. Also, because he has the second fastest movement speed in the game, he is up in your face and you take splash damage from the rocket. You are now at 50 HP, as he has landed more syringes. He is at 45 HP. You don't have time to reload, so you desparately pull out your shotgun. You fire, but WAIT! Instead of dealing 85 damage, he now has 70% damage resistance, so you deal a whopping 25 damage. The Medic is at 30 HP, and you are now dead.

The Tank

(+) While Active: Healer and Patient receive 30% damage resistance
(-) No overheal

(!) Replace uber with MvM Shield mechanic
