Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)
You know what I think we need? More Jumpers.

"The Jumpster Diver" (Soldier Primary)
Looks : Beggar's Bazooka but it's orange and has certain parts removed
[+] +200% max primary ammo on wearer
[+] No self inflicted blast damage taken
[-] -100% damage penalty
[-] No random critical hits
[-] Wearer cannot carry the intelligence briefcase

I'd imagine the No Ammo from Dispensers and Projectile Deviation penalties would be removed, since I don't think that removing them would make the weapon too unbalanced. Also, normal Beggar's stats aren't shown because it would take up too much space.

"The Sentry Jumper" (Engineer Secondary)
Looks : Wrangler but it's cream-spirit colored
[+] No self inflicted damage from sentry while active
[-] -100% Sentry Damage while active
Take manual control of your Sentry Gun.

I don't think this one would need a Briefcase Penalty, since I doubt you'd go through the effort of building a sentry just so you can use it to get yourself to the base with the intel quicker.

"The Boston Jumper" (Scout Melee)
Looks : Boston Basher but it's orange and foam spikes
[+] On Miss : Use the non-damaging force to propel yourself in an upwards direction, Genius.
[-] -100% Damage Penalty
[-] -30% Slower Weapon Switch

Again, I think a Briefcase Penalty would be a bit too much, so I turned it into a weapon switch penalty, so you'd have to be a bit more careful when using it.

"The Iron Jumper " (Demoman Primary)
Looks : Iron Bomber but it's orange and has no sight
[+] No self inflicted blast damage taken
[+] Grenades have very little bounce and roll
[+] +200% max primary ammo on wearer
[-] -100% Damage Penalty
[-] Wearer cannot carry the intelligence briefcase

Since this one's kinda similar to the Sticky Jumper, it should have a Briefcase Penalty.

"The Human Cannon" (Demoman Primary)
Looks : Loose Cannon but it's orange and has no sight
Cannonballs have a fuse time of 1 second; fuses can be primed to explode earlier by holding down the fire key.
[+] No self inflected blast damage taken
[+] +200% max primary ammo on wearer
[-] -100% Damage Penalty
[-] Wearer cannot carry the intelligence brifcase

Again, Loose Cannon Jumps can get you quite far, so it shouldn't allow you to have the briefcase.
