The spy did the same with an old version of the dead ringer and a miniature dispenser resulting in:
Cloak opens a watch and if its open and you take dmg you make a fake death.
(+)+50% cloak regen rate

(+)cloak refils itself instantly
(+)can be set to "uncloak automaticly" resulting in uncloadking emediatly after cloaking (you can basicly deadring for unlimited times
(+) regenerates 30 ammo and 30 hp per second
