Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)
Some reworking of two ideas I had earlier.

Soldier, Pyro, Heavy, Engineer shotgun

The Gungineering Grenadier

This gun makes BOOM as well as BANG!

+Dealing 100 damage with this weapon's primary fire and this weapon's primary fire only gives one stack of Grenades. Max 4. Pressing ALT-FIRE fires a Loch-N-Load Grenade with a 20% base damage penalty, 70% blast radius reduction, and no shattering on surfaces (has stock fuse time). This fires a round in the magazine.
+20% more bullets per shot
-33% less accurate
-33% less clip size

The Scheming Scavenger

It's the spoils of war pard'ner. Hand them over.

+On melee kill: Gain 250 metal
+On primary or secondary kill (not sentries or Wrangler): Gain 150 metal
+Can carry more metal than max capacity, but excess metal drains away at 5 metal per second.
+10% movement speed bonus while active
+Ammo packs restore as much metal as they possibly can
-70 less metal capacity

The Scrambling Set-Up

Movin' that gear up has never been easier.

+10% movement speed bonus and no movement speed penalty while hauling buildings.
+You gain the Battalion's Backup buff while hauling buildings and for one second after placing buildings.
+Buildings gain a Wrangler shield while being constructed and for one second after finishing.
-10% swing speed penalty
-You leak metal while carrying buildings at 1 metal per second. At reaching zero, you immediately drop the building.

Primary

The Large Bore Lobotomizer

Needles were originally specced for spinal taps. Medic found... another purpose to them.

Crossbow firing mechnaics

+Simultaneously fires four needles in a square pattern and reloads all needles at once
+Minicrits on headshot
+400% clip size and ammo pool
-65% damage penalty
+/-Needles do not heal, and instead penetrate friendly players.
-Minicrits whenever it would normally crit

Clip size and damage penalty is based off of the Crusader's Crossbow

Medigun

The Healer's Hallucinogenics

Welcome to the best bad trip of your life.

+15% faster Uber Build rate
+/-You get the drunk effect without the Jarate for 10 seconds upon reaching 25% of your max health. If you survive the drunk effect, you instantly restore 50% of your missing HP or 50 HP, whichever is lower.

Uber Type: Overdose. Gives the patient minicrits, and makes the patient's attacks inflict both the drunk effect (without Jarate) and bleed for a length of time depending on the amount of damage done, from 2 to 6 seconds. Drunk effect can only be reinflicted every 2 seconds.

+You can activate Uber with your primary weapon active
+You will remain Ubered with your primary weapon active.

The Chemical Combustor

Let's throw a whole bunch of chemicals into a container, light it on fire, and see what happens.

+Airblast inflicts 20 damage on targets.
+Airblast inflicts bleed for 5 seconds on targets.
-Airblast detonates explosives. This CAN hurt you, as well as all other players, friendly or not.
-15% damage penalty
-25% shorter afterburn time

Secondary

The Bursting Burner

Love the smell of burning napalm in the morning? Pyro has that as an air freshener. This is what he wakes up for!

+Leaves behind a puddle of burning gas for 5 seconds.
+Direct damage minicrits burning targets
+Standing in your friendly puddles of burning gas will give you 3 HP regen while standing in them.
+No self damage
-50% direct damage penalty

The Coal Cut Clubber

A good use of that crap you got in your stocking for being bad.

+On hit on burning player: Gain one stack of Coal Burn. Max 10.
+On hit on Pyro: Gain two stacks of Coal Burn
+On hit on non-burning player that is not another Pyro: Inflict afterburn that deals one tick of damage per Coal Burn stack that lasts as many seconds as stacks of Coal Burn you have. Consumes all stacks on use.
+Dealing 100 direct fire damage with your primary will give you one stack of Coal Burn.
-15% fire damage vulnerability while active
-15% damage penalty

The Tiny T-64

Yes. Heavy IS that badass to stick a handle on an automated mini-tank and use it as a gun. Keep crying babies.

+Silent Killer: No barrel spin up noise.
+More accurate. I'm going to need help with what number. It fires in Beggar's level of accuracy.
+/-Fire rockets with the same properties as a stock Rocket Launcher before stat modding
-50% ammo pool penalty
-80% less push force
-Fire speed penalty. I'm gonna need help finding an exact number since the projectile is so different. It's going to be slightly faster than a Stock launcher.

+Getting a kill with this weapon gives a Battalion's Backup effect to you and every ally around you for 5 seconds. (Buff radius)

Contents: Australium, Mustachium, a Spy-cicle, the wrapper to some Fishcake, way too many hot peppers, and ham.

+Restore 50 HP on consumption
+/-On consumption for 15 seconds:
Gain 50% damage resist all. Will stack with other effects.
All fire damage is reduced to 1.
Gain 35% damage penalty on primary weapons.
Gain 25% movement speed penalty while primary is out.
Gain 10% movement speed bonus while melee is out.
Ignite self for duration

Can be thrown as a small health pack
