trades melee slot for a passive effect. If the disguised spy stays close to the enemies for over 3 seconds, the enemies get nerfed. The damage resistance drops secretly. It ramps up until you hit 10 seconds. The weapon can't be drawn. The damage resistance debuff ranges from 0% to 70%. The spy has to stay close until the enemy is damaged but it affects a lot of people in the range.

The downside is that it racks pyroes even if you don't want that to happen. Good for taking the pyro first or a good pyro will benefit out of it.

All behind - Spy's invis wall
He deploys a wall right behind him. The wall is a mask, as long as the spy is through the masking wall it makes the spy transparent. It can be used while disguised, users can shoot the revolver while deploying the wall. The user can't stab while deploying the masking wall. The masking wall's width is wider than the spy himself. Making certain angles more forgivable. Players behind the spy can't see the spy, but players infront of the spy can see the spy. Good for PL maps where respawning players continuously keep advancing.

Scout's secondary throwable weapon
Baseball, Sandman projectile without the bat. He simply throws the ball at the opponent. If it hits the target, a dog's ghost appears and returns the ball to the scout. No stun functionality but it makes the enemies flee if the ball hits the head.

Wall smashing airblast concept
Putting players on the wall damages them based on the velocity.
Airblast knocks the pyro too.

Burn Brighter - Spy's M1911
If the spy is burning, it crits against pyros. The gun holds up to 7 rounds. Reloads all rounds in a go. The bullet has a significant fall off and, is a projectile.

It must not extinguish the spy as the fire is the clue to the spy's location after he goes invis, but some way it must keep the spy alive as a reward for defeating the pyro. Dealing damage to the pyro alone should be capable of giving fire damage resistance to the spy. Keep the spy on fire while disabling the fire damage or forcing the damage to 1 per tick. Requiring to kill a pyro for the fire resistance is a bit too much I think. But it's a direct reference to Joshua Graham from Fallout NV. The weapon's name is from a such memorable quote. "I survived because the fire inside me burned brighter than the fire around me."

It is too OP. Make it only able to crits for the first 2 rounds while on fire. At the same time remove the flinching from fire altogether.

Sapphire fibers - Allows the scout to drink the soda while running around. No taunt required. Still plays the minimal animation to indicate he is indeed drinking the soda. The length of the crit-a-cola's effects in specific is doubled. Making it last 16 seconds. The crit-a-cola actually gives the debuff as much as the buffs, pretty much negating the weapon's valuability. If the scout is fast-switching the weapons continuously, it will be noticeable. Maybe it would be possible to lure people by making the opponents think an enemy scout is equipped with this weapon.
The fast switch healing is fun because the soda-flipping animation creates noises, it's believable he is touching the spills thus healing himself.

Brittle Tauntrum - Engi's Wrench
Loses metal over time but getting damaged gives you the amount of metal equivalent of the damage. Pressing R will replace the lacking HP with "ARMOR", creating an armor takes the equivalent metal. [Metal losing over time] is rated -2 metal per second. Taking damage should give the engi double the metal of the lost health. 2 metals for 1 hp. Also, creating 1 armor must consume 2 metals instead. This way instead of just relaying everything on the armor functionality. He can utilize the metal to build a mini. This wrench clearly needs a mini. This wrench allows the engi to build a mini.
