Boomerang - Soldier's secondary
He throws it to the ground, after 1 second it fires a beam toward the soldier himself. The soldier dies but the beam is capable of dealing 110 damage. If enemy took damage from the beam, the soldier remains unharmed. 3 rounds in reserve.

Wind waker - fun but impractical sniper rifle
The weapon fires a high velocity projectile, travels like a flare with a reasonable trajectory. The damage increases over distant target, the weapon doesn't have an automatic charging meter. Instead, it shows the direction the bullet is going to curve. If it fires to the left side, next shot will curve to the right side. Only left or right, vertical drop is from the gravity. As you hold the left click, it increases how much the projectile curves. It doesn't register headshots.

Variable ranged damage - Still a weapon idea
Add status - damage increases over distance
To simulate the falloff differences. Even if we increased the damage over the distant targets, still it should have reduced damages overall. But the point is, the stat could be included in the weapons like minigun. Varying falloff is a good way of adjusting the custom weapons, reload speed, clip size, firerate, damage multiplier, these are all there to adjust the burst to sustained DPS ratio. Falloff simply allows devs to adjust the desired range for each weapons.
It could be listed as a minor stats much like any other irrelevant stats.

Honeymoon (or Gigglenuts ) - spy's melee
If you are healed by the enemy medic, forces the medic to waste all the charge. But it takes 1 second. It's not too unfair, you just have to be careful not healing any longer than 0.3 seconds.
If you kill anyone while getting healed by the enemy, it instakills the medic.
The released uber adds to the spy's meter, the meter then transferred to the allied medic when you are healed by the one. But the the meter is equivalent of twice the charge, if the spy absorbed 25% worth of uber, it's converted to 50% uber charge for the medic.
If you directly kill the medic, it steals the uber even if you are not healed by the one.
You have to return to the allied medic to do anything anyway. Staying alive after killing a medic is very hard.

Uber should give the patients extra overheal equal to the medic's current health. So that even if the medic leave, the increased health stays there temporary. It could be segmented 4 uber charges like vacc, but it could be a time-limited effect. If it's time based, the player can just switch the target rapidly to give people the increased health. If it's a vacc-like segmented uber, it should affect the sole patient alone. The one currently getting healed.
The point is to keep the medic himself's health high enough to contribute the situation. Players getting healed by the med can't act recklessly because they are responsible for the medic's health too,

The medic won't have the huge health pool. It's an one-side gain.
Add 150 health (if full) to the patient health but the damage done to the patient feeds back to the medic. Heavy would have 300 + 150 from overheal + 150 for medic's health = 600 health max. That's also OP. But the damage done to the heavy damages the medic with the same damage point, meaning the damage in total is doubled. Also the damage done to the medic is dealt to the heavy too. If two players in the chain is damaged from the same splash damage of a rocket, they are damaged twice.

Fair share - Medic medigun
Synchronize the health with the patient, what mean by the "sync" is that. You and the patient's health are added, and if the one is damaged, both of the players are damaged from the same damage source kind of like the pyro's melee 'the third degree'.

Eversteel - Soldier's melee
Allows him to heal&refill from enemy cart, and a dispenser. Mostly useful for defense.

Probably someone else made this suggestion but Voidance - Pyro's primary
M2 deletes projectiles even stickies. The consumable charge for the primary is gained per projectile removed. M1 releases random projectiles back at enemies, it's either a pipe or a rocket. The meter should be based on the damage but it might be hard, so something spammy might allow pyros to farm the charge too quick. I'm not sure.

Laster Rufen - Pyro's primary
The flamethrower's basic m1 is completely removed. The m1 fires Bison-style compressed air (projectile). The projectile deals damage, but it has a significant falloff. Making it practically useless beyond the desired range. M2 compresses air and charges the ammo at the same time, the m2 creates a detection box and attracts projectiles in the said area. The attracted projectiles hit the pyro if not dodging. The m1 Bison-like air projectile disables projectile if they are met.
