This fixes a lot of problems with the life blood, which cTF2w himself said it's a support weapon. The current downside of 50% less damage means that you only do 50-52 damage at POINT BLANK range. The life steal of 25% of that is only 12-14 health. The upside of overhealing to 200% is no way reachable in the first place! So essentially, it's not even a bad weapon, it's UNUSABLE. Heck, this doesn't support, it does the complete opposite, with a scout that dies instantly and does only 20-50 damage in the process!

The life steal idea was nice, but I think the +5 health on hit per bullet makes it more fair. So that means you can get 30 HP in one shot if you land all of your bullets. Plus, the damage output doesn't matter for the health received unless there's mad milk.
The -50% damage makes it hard to play in general, so -33% makes it more fair. So that's 67-70 at point blank. It seems fair, around 40-60 damage at midrange. The mad milk heals for around 40-60 health at point blank, and 30-50 at midrange (i got lazy at this point).
Overall, this might be a better idea. Thanks in advance, or maybe not :P

The Life blood will be reworked. Its gonna absorb the players health on kill similar to how the kunai does it

Marauder's Mace/The Mighty Mallet:
Add "Mini-crits while airborn" and change the "On hit: bleed for 5 seconds" to be for 8 seconds so you can finish off light classes (Scouts, Engi, Sniper and Spy) with the mini-crit plus the the mini crit bleed damage (88 mini-crit plus 5 damage for 8 seconds which is 40 damage)

allows you to get up in the face of enemies. i get that the weapon is supposed to be like the eviction notice in that at the cost of less damage overall, you can deal it faster, but the eviction notice was completely unused until it got the speed boost on hit buff. and even then, it's still kind of underused (but that's just because the G.R.U. exists).

This could work if the bleed effect of the nee marauder's mace was transefered to here

And I also don't agree with your stats cause it's not balanced at all
"Is a sword" is not a buff for me cause you loose random crit for melee range
The -25% damage are already in the damage decreasing with life...

A weapon that is based around random crits is not fun to play against or just useless

Sorry but and I talked to crafting and he said that I should post a different debuff here for the weapon and technically it still goes here cause the weapon is still gonna be officially added so the stats would still be the same and you suggest for something to change with it cause if it comes out its OP or it could be Underpowered
