The Mark (Renamed Tactical Revolver)
(+) On hit: highlight up to 2 targets for 30 seconds each to allow teammates to see them through walls
(-) Fires tracer rounds
(-) 66% less clip size

I could just combine if you think this verison is better...

(+) On hit: target is slowed down by 10%, marked for death, and is highlighted to allow teammates to see them through wall for 5 seconds
(+) You can have multiple targets
(-) 100% slower fire rate
(-) Fires tracer rounds
(-) Minimal damage
I'd prefer "The Mark"
