Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)
Alright, I'm doing 1 weapon for all classes.

1: Scout Primary: Dueling Double Fire
-Replaces the Scattergun with a pistol
+Gain a Reroll after each kill
+Reroll changes your primary pistol for any other pistol
+Gain the attributes for both the pistols you have equipped
-You may not have 2 of the same pistol

2: Soldier Banner: -name unknown-
-Random crits are replaced with dealing a random debuff for a maximum of 5 seconds
+Random crit chance increased by 30%
On charge, gain 100% random crits and debuff time increased to 8 seconds for you and players around you

3: Pyro Melee: The Helping Hand
+Hitting a friendly building heals it
-Repairing a friendly building costs 25 primary ammo
+Upgrade a friendly building to Level 4, adding a flamethrower that will fire to nearby enemies
-50% damage penalty
+Damage removes sappers

4: Demo Melee: -name unknown-
+5% Damage bounus
+Hitting an enemy reduces movement speed by 15%
-15% attack speed
-Mini crits when it's supposed to crit

5: Heavy Primary: The Electric Barrage
+Revving up for more than 3 seconds starts a charged shot
+The charged shot explodes and disables any electronic weapons
-15% Spin up time
+Removes hidden stat of reducing damage and area of fire when holding m1
-No random crits

6: Engineer Shotgun: -name unknown-
+Damage removes sappers
+Right click to fire a straight beam that reveals disguised spies and deals 50 damage, has a cooldown of 3 seconds
+No damage penalty from range
-25% Firing speed
-10% Damage penalty

7: Medic Primary: German Greatbow
+Shots attempt to home in on teammates, and give regen of +21 per second for 3 seconds
+Has its own Uber, and the uber gives a speedboost, and minicrits for 5 seconds
+No ammo required
+If the arrow is near an enemy, it attempts to home in on them and reduces healing from medic sources by 50% for 3 seconds
-Minicrits when it's supposed to crit
-75% Max primary ammo on wearer

8: Sniper Primary: The Quickshot
+100% crits when at 85% charge or more
-Charge is reversed
-Headshots mini crit when at 50% charge or less

9: Spy Melee: -name unknown-
+Attack speed is increased by 10% on kill for 3 seconds, can stack for a maximum of 40% Attack speed
+You gain 20 health on kill
+Silent killer: Sound on kill is reduced by 25%
-10% Movement speed while active
