WEAPON CHANGES:


Bio Breaker (Heavy Primary) (RETURNING)
(+) While spun up: Gain a small move speed bonus and no natural move speed penalty
(+) While spun up: Slowly deals 30 damage at close range in-front of user
(-) While spun up: 10 ammo consumed per second
(-) Weapon can only be mini-crit boosted
(-) Cannot primary attack

Chains of Command (Soldier Secondary) (RETURNING)
(+) +30% fire rate
(+) +66% clip size
(+) +100% bullets per shot
(+/-) 50% less accurate
(-) On miss: Decreases fire rate by 20%, up to 100%

(-) -50% damage
(+/-) Fire rate can only be reset on death or resupply

Iron Boarder
When a shield is equipped:
(+) On hit: Recharge equipped shield by 20%
(+) +10% move speed on wearer

(+) On hit: Gain up to 25 HP per attack
(-) 15% slower reload speed

Makeshift Mutilator
(+) Looking down (or jumping) while attacking will launch you (or pull you) through the air
(+) Reflected projectiles are full crit, instead of mini-crit
(+) +100% airblast push force
(-) Wearer cannot carry the intelligence
(-) Unable to burn enemies
(-) -100% airblast speed
(+/-) Extinguishing teammates restores 50% health

Glasgow Greaves
(+) User performs a earthquake after landing an explosive jump to damage enemies and pulls enemies towards you
(+) Deals 2x falling damage to the player you land on
(+) 40% reduction in push force taken from damage and airblasts
(+) -30% blast damage taken from sticky jumps

Camper's Climber
(+) Wearer never takes fall damage
(+) Can climb walls by hitting them
(-) -80% fire rate

Super Sliders
(+) Jump height increases as the user becomes injured, up to +100%
(+) +250% air control on wearer
(+) Deals falling damage to the player you land on and and each stomp increases the damage by +100% up to 3 times
(+/-) User will do a bonus large jump after you land on an enemy, but can't double jump until you land on the ground
(+/-) The stomp combo is reset once you land on the ground

Heavy Artillery
(+) Bullets penetrate all enemies
(+) +300% bullets per shot
(-) While spun up, damage taken is increased every second, up to +25% within 20 seconds
(-) While spun up, accuracy is decreased every second, up to +200% within 20 seconds
(+/-) Damage taken and accuracy stacks are reset after undeploying or running out of ammo
(-) -75% damage

Ultimatum
(+) On direct hit: User's direct hits against that enemy deal +75% damage for the next 3 seconds
(-) -20% damage vs players
(-) -40% explosion radius

Critical Transmission
(+) While healing: User slowly becomes nearly fully transparent over 5 seconds
(+) While healing: Grants transparency to any nearby allies (or disguised Spies) in a large radius and the amount is based how close your allies are to you
(+/-) UberCharge: Grants invisibility to your healing patient and yourself against enemy players. Grants invisibility against enemy sentries until your patient attacks. Also, UberCharge turns off the AOE transparency for the duration.

Signal Booster
While active:
(+) The closer you are to your sentry, this increases your sentry's damage by up to +50%
(-) The closer you are to your sentry, the more damage you take from all sources by up to +20%

Der Schmerzschild
While active:
(+) Passively regenerates 1/2% Ubercharge per second
(+) Any damage taken (except for mini-crit or critical damage) is split between your UberCharge (25%) and your health (75%)
(-) Move speed decreases based on UberCharge meter, up to -15%
(+/-) UberCharge: Automatically uses 33% charge when your patient goes below 20% of their max health to restore 50% of their health and up to 10% of your health. UberCharge can be manually triggered without a patient to restore 20% of your health at the cost of 10% charge.


SCOUT WEAPONS CHANGES

Boston Bulldog
-Added "On kill: Gain a resistance shield that blocks 30% of all incoming damage and the shield is destroyed when the user takes 30 damage or more from a single attack" bonus
-Reduced max amount of overhealed health from life-leech to 150% (from 200%)

Condiment Cannon
-Switched the effects of Mad Milk (1st shot now) and Jarate (3rd shot now)
-Added "On wearer: +100% debuff damage dealt" bonus (As in, afterburn and bleeding damage)
-Reduced hidden 100% more accurate to 75% more accurate

Scatterstrike
-Removed "+25% damage vs overhealed players" bonus

Super Fighting Gauntlets
-Increased bonus weapon switching to +50% (from +25%)
-Added "While your melee weapon is out, -10% damage taken from the front" bonus

Six Point Shuriken
-Fixed self-damage giving you back a Shuriken instead of hitting an enemy with your melee
-Fixed in some cases that bleeding would still apply to an enemy (Because the base weapon is the "Flying Guillotine")

Handymann
-Added "+100% damage vs buildings" bonus while under the effects

Silent Slicer
-Added "While your melee weapon is out, -20% damage taken from the front" bonus

Slugger's Face-Off
-Now evasiveness is removed when you take a percentage of damage instead of for each time you take damage

PYRO WEAPONS CHANGES

Afterburner
-Fix description for afterburn damage to say "+66%" (There's no change in afterburn damage)

Improvised Imblazer
-Reduced bonus flamethrower damage (against enemies with health that is higher than health) to +33% (from +100%)
-Slightly reduced penatly flamethrower damage (against enemies with health that is lower than 1/2 health) to -33% (from -50%)
-Slightly increased fireblast damage to 60 (from 50)
-Fireblast is now affected if an enemy is below 1/2 health and reduces the damage (including the mini-crit hit) by 50%
-Removed "-50% afterburn duration" penatly

Pearce 75
-Removed "-20% damage" penatly
-Reduced max bonus damage to +66% (from +100%)
-Added "+50% projectile speed" bonus/penatly

Sharp Shooter - Shotgun
-Increased switch speed to your melee from this weapon bonus to +50% (from +40%)
-Decreased damage penatly to -20% (from -25%)
-Fix not crit boosting your melee weapon unless you had "Sharp Shooter - Melee" equipped

Sharp Shooter - Melee
-Increased switch speed to your secondary from this weapon bonus to +50% (from +40%)
-Decreased fire rate penatly to -15% (from -25%)
-Fix not mini-crit boosting your secondary weapon unless you had "Sharp Shooter - Shotgun" equipped

SOLDIER WEAPONS CHANGES

Splitfire
-Changed "All damage taken is converted to mini-crits while explosive jumping" to "User is marked for death while explosive jumping" (There is no difference, except there is now the "skull" visual when explosive jumping)

Steel Slayer
-Now mini-crits and critical rockets are now affected by damage falloff

Merasmus' Private Stash
-Increased damage required to 600 (from 480)
-Removed "On wearer: User is able to see friendly players and buildings" bonus
-Added "On kill with any weapon: A small health pack is dropped" bonus

Team's Reserves
-This weapon has been changed to a wearable and no longer "a banner", but there's no actual difference
-Increased radius to the same to be a normal banner (before the radius was 1/2 the size)
-Decreased how much meter is drained when ammo is given out (As in, now it takes alot longer to lose of all your meter)
-Doubled how fast you get your meter

Winter Warmth
-No longer immunity from all debuffs, but now -50% duration from all debuffs
-Slightly increased health gained per person when used to 30 (from 25)

Grim Charger
-While under the effect: User now gains +20% melee damage

Mighty Mallet
-Now can damage enemies within the radius when earthquake is made (The closer you are to enemies the more damage you will deal, up to 65)
-Reduced max amount of knock-back by 66% (It was WAY too much before) and it scales better based on distance
-Removed "On hit: Bleed for 5 seconds" bonus
-Reduced fire rate penatly to -25% (from -50%)

DEMO WEAPONS CHANGES

Clodhoppers
-Reduced move speed bonus to +20% (from +25%)
-Reduced jump height bonus to +40% (from +50%)
-Air control only applies when user is sticky jumping

Drunkard's Wrath
-Reduced projectile speed bonus while in "Trigger Mode" to +25% (from +50%)

Vanguard
-Reduced max block damage to 10 (from 15)
-Reduced max number of healing stacks to 6 (from 8)
-Increased multiplier teammate heal on death to x6 (from x5)
-Added "1/4 sec decrease in charge duration" penatly

Groundbreaker
-Reduced stickybomb explosion radius to -30% (from -66%)

Drunk Grail
-Renamed moonshine (and pints) to wine (and to cups)

Highlander
-Charging no longer removes the self mark for death

Landsknecht's Long-knife
-Removed "-25% damage penatly"
-Damage penatly now applies for each kill, up to -40% with 4 kills

HEAVY WEAPONS CHANGES

Bulletproof Battery
-Added a "damage penatly" meter
-Removed "While spun up: Grants immunity from all debuffs" bonus
-Increased damage taken transfer to damage resistance to 15% (from 10%)
-Reduced health from health packs and dispensers penalties to -50% (from -75%)
-Reduced health from Medic healing penatly to -75% (from -90%)
-Added "Cannot be overhealed on wearer" penatly

Graphite Perisher
-Removed "+10% critical and mini-crit damage" bonus
-Added "This weapon deploys & holsters 25% faster" bonus

Tank Goodness
-Fixed "Level 1: +25% primary ammo on wearer" for not applying after you get the first upgrade
-Increased duration of knockback rage when used to 20 seconds (from 10)

Survival Gear
-Added "Cannot be overhealed on wearer" penatly
-Added "-15% damage taken from behind" bonus
-Slightly increased headshot resistance to +30% (from +25%)

Full Throttle
-Reduced max move speed bonus to +60% (from 73.9%) (The 73.9% increase on Heavy makes him as fast as Scout)
-Updated the description so it's now "On kill: Increase move speed on wearer, up to +60% after 5 kills"

Terminal Killocity
-Added "On Wearer: User cannot carry the intelligence" penatly (This is not affected with the "while active" condition)

ENGI WEAPONS CHANGES

Frontal Lobe
-Added "-25% metal from pickups or dispensers" penatly

Swifty Swiper
-Added "All enemies within the radius will take 10% more damage from all sources and 4 seconds after leaving the radius" bonus
-Increased metal drain to -10 per second (from 3)

Magnetic Horseshoe
-Reduced construction speed penatly to -30% (from -40%)

Old Reliable
-Added "-20% fire rate" penatly and now has "+20% repair rate & upgrade rate" (When compared to the default wrench, this repairs and upgrades at the same rate per second but slower)

MEDIC WEAPONS CHANGES

Lancer
-Headshot damage is now affected by damage falloff (Reduces the damage up to 50% if at max range)
-Slightly reworked amount of normal damage that is reduced due to damage falloff and max normal damage without UberCharge

Blitzstorm
-Removed "10% UberCharge gained with an assist kill, including during UberCharge deployed to extend the duration" bonus
-Reduced UberCharge rate penatly to -25% (from -50%)

Booster Shot
-Removed "-50% base max overheal" penatly (The max overheal from the UberCharge remains unchanged)

Hostitalian Revenge
-Fixed overheal patients counting as "your current patient"
-Fixed crit-boosted damage not applying
-Fixed damage resistance (It was giving 100% instead of 25%)
-Added "Gain a speed boost when your patient dies for the next 8 seconds" bonus

Oathbreaker
-The outline effects are now on wearer instead of while active
-Reduced Uber drain to 8% (from 10%)
-Increased speed boost duration to 4 seconds (from 3)

SNIPER WEAPONS CHANGES

Bow of Double Shot
-Removed "No headshots" penatly
-Added "Mini-crits on headshots" penatly
-Added "+25% falloff damage (including mini-crits and critical hits)" penatly
-Added "+25% damage for each time an arrow bounces" bonus (This bonus was on this weapon before, but never worked. Now it 100% works!)
-Reduced max number of bounces to 2 (from 3)

High Noon
-Reduced damage penatly to -10% (from -20%)
-Slightly decreased charge speed bonus on headshot to +40% (from +50%)
-Sightly reduced charge speed penatly on misses to -20% (from -25%)
-Increased charge speed penatly on bodyshots to -10% (from default speed)

Manncannon
-Added "On kill: Gain +100% charge rate for your next shot" bonus
-Increased damage penatly to -20% (from -10%) (The explosive damage remains unchanged because it was increased to +25% from +20%)

Prototype S-8
-Now headshots are affected by damage falloff (before it was just on bodyshots)

Stronghold Steadfast
-Added new note: "Including debuffs you inflict on enemies" (There is no difference, this has been happening since we added this weapon)

Urine Trouble
-Added "-25% damage taken from behind" bonus
-Fixed "On death: Cover all nearby enemies for 5 seconds with jarate" for not working

Bushman's Butterfly
-Removed "20% damage vulnerability while active" penalty
-Added "While this weapon is out, +20% damage taken from the front" penatly

Heat Wave
-Removed "-10% damage for your primary weapon" penatly (This custom attribute doesn't work with Sniper weapons)
-Added "While your primary weapon is out, +10% damage taken from the front" penatly

SPY WEAPONS CHANGES

Victor-Ion
-Now on backstabs will now restore 2 shots
-Reduced max number of shots 10 (from 15)

Intermission
-Added "+2 health regenerated per second for each active sapper" bonus
-Slightly reduced health restored when buildings are destroyed
-Increased sapper damage penatly to -40% (from -20%)

Shredder
-Slightly increased bonus damage against buildings to +60% (from +50%)
-Changed the full crits that you would take to just mini-crits

Infection
-Plague is now removed when you enter a respawn area (instead of touching resupply locker)
-Plague can only be spread by touching a teammate (and doesn't spread by being near when a teammate dies)
-Added "On backstab: Enemies in a radius is marked for death for 3 seconds" bonus
-Increased duration of plague to 12 seconds (from 10)

Leap
-"Wearer never takes falling damage" now only applies when leaping and for a 5 seconds after that
-Added "On use: Removes current disguise" penatly
-Increased cool-down duration to 8 seconds (from 5)
-Slightly increased height and distance when leaping (about 10% each)
-Changed hidden reduced air control on wearer to now applies when leaping and for a 5 seconds after that (But it's also been increased to -90% from -75%)

MULT-CLASS WEAPONS CHANGES

Defender
-Added "25% less accurate" penatly
-Increased clip size penatly to -50% (from -34%)

Raiding Aid
-Increased clip reload speed to +100% (from +75%)
-Added "Every X damage that you deal with other weapons reloads a shot for this weapon" bonus (The damage require will slightly change based on the class..... as in, Heavy, Soldier, Pyro, and Engi)

Action Hale
-No longer deploys/holsters slower (But still has the large melee range)

Merasmus' Staff
(ALL)
-Added "-10% fire rate" penatly
(DEMO ONLY)
-Removed "While active: No turning control while charging" penatly
-Added "While active: -25% critical damage" penatly

* Ol' Shelly (Part of this was combined with the "Urine Trouble", plus due to the upcoming "RazorBack" buff)
* Jump Action Shotgun (This is been the "other version" when compared to the "Soda Popper", so you can see why it's finally being removed)
* Support Chain (This hasn't been in the right place for awhile and somewhat useless if don't have a Medic)
* Sentry Jumper (This hasn't been in the right place for awhile and somewhat useless)
* Electroshock (This have been sadly removed due to glitches and errors spammed in the server consoles)
