My issue is in the title. I did a mod that tries to change the radiant campaign restrictions back to the darkest campaign restrictions, but I do not seem to be able to alter that file. It seems that the radiant file takes priority, which is strange since the other file the mod changes reads properly.

I did another quick mod to check if quest.restriction.json behaved properly elsewhere, and it does seem to work properly. I have no idea why the Radiant version of quest.restriction.json doesn't behave. BEHAVE YOU SILLY FILE. BEHAVE.
