Custom hero graphics transparency issue

Mask trim and Alpha Color Remover from Tailibit's link is what I used when I did a quick dabble into DD modding a while ago and it seems to work as far as I could tell

Is there raw photoshop files for hero sprites ?

As far as I know the only the exsisting files in the directory to work with. Shame I have the art skill of a drunken gorrila
