It seems like the major problem for me with starting a conversation is being able to keep up with it and answer, which may or may not be a problem with some devs as well. After all, a lot of projects on greenlight appear to be the work of one individual, and there just seems to be a problem with keeping up with the conversation of one's game and actually developing it, or it would seem like there would be that problem, since I've encountered the problem of finding that balance of work and communication from many discussions before, though not neccesarily related to game development. Also, as you said yourself c023 (if you don't mind me using that name to adress you :] ) we are all shy, so it can be a real struggle to maintain some level of socialness, and then be able to work. So, yeah, talk is hard to does :)
(edit) and sorry yes that is a very very common problem the soft skills we call them ...
common mistake even with toasters manuals... heheh just kidding
(edit) tired but one shot: just keep it real, if they troll it to hard, moderate... try to educate at least with fun ;)
