Genre Prejudice
In my case, it has nothing to do with pimping. People refuse to consider puzzle games.
My game is an online puzzle fighter. I have it running in multiple data centers, 8/10 players love it if they've played it. However, Greenlight seems to be a game of "you've got a puzzle piece in your screenshot, go back to Facebook." in my case. Only 20 views of my trailer and only 14 plays of my demo despite 3500 views.

I've actually had to start hiding puzzle pieces in my media in hopes that people will at least try the demo before downvoting it.

Advice is so very welcome.
