FF3us Multi Editor for PC steam version?
So this was an amazing user-friendly editor for the SNES rom that allowed you to make some pretty great mods for the game...

Does something like that exist for the steam version? Can it exist?

There's a program that allows users to edit files, but I believe the actual game is the FF6A rom being emulated into a program that displays the modern port graphics. I know somebody used the GBA patch to restore the Celes torture scene to the PC version. I'm not sure how advanced GBA rom hacking is, but something like this for GBA could potentially lead to a mod with the Ted Woosley script being put into the game amongst other things.
