i am blind and want ask if its possible to make ff7 accessible for the blind?

on the computer we work with a screenreader called nvda wich reads all text what we can hear.
i am not a programmer but maybe some of you have ideas.

the problem ingame is that we cant read menues, the text and we cant navigate on the map
maybe with some sounds for doors and other things it should be possible to navigate.
when you have questions i try to answer.
