I'm using the Hades Workshop for editing.

I think I'm getting somewhere, I'm just... not sure where. I attempted to try using the Hades Workshop 'Unity Asset Viewer' and export the model, meshes, etc. in p0data4.bin for both the model I want to use and the one I want to replace as a sort of makeshift solution of 'replace character A with character B'. After that, I did something similar in p0data5.bin for their animations.

It didn't go quite right.

I think an easier solution would likely be to figure out where to set the models and animations used for the character (in this case, since I'm trying to see if I can replace Amarant with Marcus, set Amarant's model and animations to Marcus'), rather than replace them in the way I did. I don't know where to look for that though... But I'll keep trying.

Is there a mod that changes Zidane's model to Garnet? I would do anything to play as Garnet:)
I tried to mod it myself but it got to complicated for me. I would pay for the mod. It is something I wished for years. Please help me out if you can. Thanks

Can anyone help me out? I learned how to set character model in hades workshop. I save the mod as steam - raw assets+spreadsheet. When I try to replace the folder, it still doesent work. I don't wanna lose hope as I saw that people made mods like this. Also when using moguri mod and when I try to open the launcher in hades, it isnt loading. So I uninstalled the moguri mod and installed ff9 new on steam. There was a freya mod, made by someone and when I tried to replace the file, nope. Nothing loaded. How can I make it recognize the new files? I reallllyyy wanna play as garnet through this beautiful game. And it is not difficult to change the model in hades, you just have to change it for every field sequence.
Hope someone can help me out. Getting desperate.:(
