Is there any way to make a clone of Tidus and replace it with another character? example kimahri, and then change the skin of the clone of tidus by Shuyin from FFX2?

You can try with Kaldaien UnX mod. Basically would need to find all of the tidus textures and rename them with Shut-ins I they use the same.e mipmaps formula
