if the UV map is not much different then it should be an easy task.
I think faces like Auron's or Wakka's are fine or should I revert them as well?
Whoa.. you can actually do something like that? Damn haha. But honestly, I was thinking more along the lines of completely redoing his face to make him look almost identical to his cutscene model.

Honestly, the rest of the characters' faces are fine, Tidus just looks stupid. Even if you can make him look like how he does in the original (but with the updated graphics) would be great.
I will release it as texture replacement for UNX.
I'm not that great of an artist so I will just try to use the faces from the PS2 textures.

they completely overhauled the models and the UV map is completely different..
highpoly models have textures up to 2048x2048 pixels btw which is a huge improvement to the 512x256 ones from the PS2 version
If an artist can just work on the makeup, go right ahead.
I just don't wanna do something as the bad artist I am and then people will just complain about it in the end :p
But like I said, I don't know what it takes to be a modder or else I would do it myself. What you guys can do is crazy :P
Cutting the heads and using the old head in the remastered body should work i think.
The alignment of the textures is completely different.
You will have to do a lot of more work than just copy pasting.
