Doubtful. The crystarium goes up in stages based on where you are in the game. You can mod your save and/or emply a game trainer or cheat engine table to edit how many crystarium points you have and even mod your party's stats but the crystarium itself would be difficult I think.

Some Cheat Engine cheat tables allow you to edit the crystarium stage, although I have no idea exactly where they are, you can easily find cheat table by googling them. Know that however getting Stage 10 does not give you the secondary roles (the ones unlocked at the beginning of chapter 10)

And forcing them open like that without triggering the flags for those roles could have any number of bad effects. I have seen tables to force things like this before in other games and they often cause either bugs or can even wreck the save completely.

The only adverse effect is thus : when you unlock a role again after doing that (say Medic for Lightning after beating the Dreadnought) its role level reverts back to 1, so if you had leveled it up, you'd lose the possibility to max the role level.

I was just making a warning based on similar mods and hacks for other games I have seen. That said most of those were more save hacks rather than mods and they can work completely differently on such things so if it's a mod it might work better with less adverse effects and such problems as the one you stated may be possible to work around.

That said cheat engine works on active memory so if you are working on that mod with that it may be difficult unless you know exactly how to go about it rather than modding the game itself.

I tried it myself using Cheat Engine to get me Stage 10 right at the start of Chapter 3 and played up to chapter 7, and had no adverse effect except the one I mentioned earlier
