Play as Serah
There's a mod over at Nexusmods that enables you to substitute the Serah model for Lightning. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. Pre-rendered cutscenes will still show Lightning and the voice will still be Lightning.

XIII always had modding potential its just never had a community of modders willing to give the game any interest. Replacement mods were in demand ever since the game landed on PC. Glad it finally happened.
