It looks like it can randomize Crystarium stats and abilities along with their position in the crystarium (including different roles, but you still have to be in the right role for that skill to be used), treasures in orbs, loot drops, shop unlock order, shop contents, music, atb/tp costs, enemy stats/levels/debuff resistances, run speed, elemental resistances, as well as presets to make the game easier or harder with CP costs, enemy levels, lowered stats, etc. Tweaks include automatic libra at battle start, stat variances, run speed, CP costs.

I have not used this, so don't ask me for support. Just letting people know it's available.
