How to teach any character Haste?
I'm just wondering how can I teach Hope Haste for example, since he has access to the synergyst role so soon but haste so late. Is there a spreadsheet associating Hex's to Abilties somewhere or a guide that can teach me how to manually change abilities in my characters?

This will have everything you need and more! I assisted in making a grid for what each party member can learn and use in the right role.

My Spreadsheet/Notes
The following is a link to a very detail explanation on the limitations of what each character can and cannot learn while using this mod. At the bottom there is a TLDR showing what can be added to each character without breaking the game. As I very much enjoyed using this mod I figured I would give back to the community this way because I wish I could mod games like this but I dont have the background. Thanks again to the creator, I will be using this for each run I do in this for years to come!

I never tried modding FF XIII, how does this work? I read there that I needed a desktop version of excel which I don't have, any other way? Is there a video explaining how to put the mod to work?
