I don't understand why they don't let them finish their animation first. It was the same way in XIII but in Lightning Returns they let her finish her animation before the screen comes in though you can skip the animation in that one to bring the result screen up. In a couple areas in XIII and XIII-2 their is some sort of delay in the results screen allowing the animation to play further and even finish. But I think it's dumb that they don't even let the characters finish the animations first and if you want to skip it like in Lightning Returns then you can skip it.
