Final Fantasy III for PC on steam with modded music from FFXIV and orchestrated tracks. This is a work in progress as I don't know anything about the Dat files for this game. Changing the OGG to match existing songs is easy enough though.

Instructions: IMPORTANT: PLEASE BACKUP THE FILES YOU ARE REPLACING BEFORE OVERWRITING THEM These songs replace music in Final Fantasy 3 for Steam/PC. Copy all files to your FF3 directory. For steam this is .\Steam\steamapps\common\Final Fantasy III\sound

other notes It's a work in progress, but it's coming along nicely.

Songlist replacement: Prelude - Eternal Wind soundtrack version. Cave Theme - Tracks from FFXIV version. Combat - Track from a NES and DS hybrid version. Boss Battle - Tracks from FFXIV version Overworld theme - Orchestrated version of Eternal WInd theme.

To do list: Obviously replace more tracks, more importantly, adjust some volume levels etc. If I could figure out how their dats work, It would make all this much easier. As it stands, there's only a handful of tracks to replace.
