This is what the author wrote:

- best used on setting up a new schema, or changing the garb of a schema that has no locked ability equipped.
- something wield may occurred if used on a schema that has a locked ability equipped already. nothing game breaking though.
- hold the Right Bumper button when changing garb (or equipping garb on creating a new schema) would allows the game to equip the locked ability normally.

When I see the previous page, I assume chrcoluk was talking about this option too? Did you try it by creating a new schema yet?

I was talking about that yes and since I had no empty shema slots I only tried it by swapping out the garb of an existing schema.

Unless all 4 slots were already pre filled with abilities it wouldnt work.

Basically one of the 2 occured.

1 - if there was no ability in the slot, then the locked ability would appear and not be replaceable.
2 - If there was an ability in the slot but "another" slot was empty, then the empty slot would become "unknown" and be locked.

The only way I could get it to work without scarlet's trick was to pre populate all 4 slots, using a schema like guardian corps before it which has no locked slots.
