FFIX - can't get Moguri and Memoria working together

I need some help, I'm trying to get Moguri on FFIX working with Memoria but I have a lot of graphical glitches. When I have them both on simultaneously it looks as if my GPU is broken, lines everywhere and just everything seems glitched (basically unplayble)
Anything I can to do to fix this? The memoria logs don't seem to indicate there is an issue, however there definitely is. I am posting it just in case:
