Can there be GTGD SC*1
I love all GTGD tutorials although steam is amazing at not counting hours, Any ways the only real problem i faced while moving through the tutorials is the actual scripting time .. I just don't understand how did you manage to combine all these codes together .. If there is a scripting GTGD tutorial Just specific for how to make your own C# scripts for game developers it would be really amazing , Cause with that + the 3 chapters of GTGD for unity = you made a young developer or *Created one*

Ok I'll look into making a chapter 0 that introduces scripting in C# at the most basic level that I can achieve. Try to tell me what you find most confusing about scripting, that will help understand how and what I should teach.

With pleasure.
First of all as every one know to know scripting you must know what is the variables .. Every one includes me knows the variables (A small bit of them) but knows 0 idea on how to use them and on what to use them for or which of them will i actually even use.

Second Tags .. (// .. ,, ... Comment etc) Maybe people know the basics but Once opening a script page and even if some one knows the variables and know how to put them together.. Most of trainess like me don't know What formation to put them from .. Like for example changing color .. how would i know that change color code is (Chage . Color . On . pressing 1) how would i know it's written in this formation not (Color , Change , Pressing , On , 1 ).

That's what i could think of .. and thank you for considiring that .. Cause If you check reviews on GTGD s1 almost half of them likes the explination but just wonders what he will do with unity if he cant code. btw i love ur S1 and S2 <3 am going for S3 once the release is there.
I think I understand what you're saying. I think I need to explain what pieces make up a script, how to make use of the script, and how to look up the Unity documentation and Google to try and figure out stuff.

Would you like me to make a tutorial where stuff gets printed to the console using a script using Debug Log? Or do you want something to actually happen like moving a cube with the keyboard and where the bits of code come from and how I figured out that I was supposed to write the code in that way? I personally prefer the latter example.

I prefare you decide that on your own since am only good in unity thanks to you but i got 0 to -10 skill in scripting in general .. And the only thing i can tell you about is when making tutorials Like S1 s2 With chapters Just make sure to leave examples and a test that once its completed the person suppose to be finished with that chapter and by each S1 or S2 the person or viewer should be ready to script his own game .. If you managed to do those tutorials trust me when i say you may have done the WORLD a huge favor .

People have been asking for years in unity how to start programming and how and where and with what . If you managed to just cover this, You will be my second father :D

Of course if you want to see if your work will pay out good , Check Green light and Unity forums and see if it rangs from 50-100 reviews or Even more comments then that should encourage you . XD cause the only flaw in GTGD Series is just it don't have the scripting tutorials other than that it's god like :).
