We don't need servers to get loot!

This is the Giant in the Playground Borderlands group. The group is here for players of Borderlands to gather here as a meet'n'greet, and set up games.

Since we don't have servers, games are set up when members of the group post Steam Events (or announcements, or comments) to attract other players. These people group up, and allow for a "pool" of players to choose from.

Events will be scheduled, such as monthly Secret Armory runs, or taking down Crawmerax, and fighting bosses.

The GotY Edition retails around $10 on Amazon on a monthly basis, so if you lack the game (or DLC), it's best to buy there and then. The game comes with a code to redeem on Steam.
