I channelled all of my frustrations making wire based saves years ago into making this addon.

Includes some really powerful entities.

An ent that silences the map's default soundscapes.
And to fill that void, custom soundscape entities that play atmospheric audio.
Ent that acts as a level of detail box, fading out distant stuff.
A version of sleeping npcs that are patched for saves!
And these are just the best ents.
