was about to comment that i already use advanced material tool, but then i remembered that this tool IS advanced materials tool. dont you hate it when the tool you are using is called something completely different in-game? it just confuses the s""t out of you.

a little tip from me: colouring a prop so that it becomes transparent allows npcs to see through them (if its a prop thats large enough that npcs just dont simply see through them to begin with), while a transparent material doesnt. i dont know what to do with this, but its interesting nontheless.

does only seem to work with npc spawn platforms, sadly (for me at least) the platforms always create errors uppon loading the save. nothing fatal happens, but error messages in gmod really pisses me off.

really am wondering how the correct way to pass through the last section of part 1 is, since i have never even gotten through that part properly. im guessing you gotta use those barrels to make your way across the electrified water in some really ridiculous way.

interesting level geometry and room placement. really liked the part where you could blow up the floor, even though there wasnt really any super clear hint on that you could do that, its an interesting idea put into the save that i really liked.
honestly i dont have alot to say, its a pretty good save.

yeah. it makes it stand out slightly from other saves. besides, you are the one who has control over the saves, not me, so it really doesnt matter what colours or textures it is, as long as the entire map isnt covered in ugly decals and blinding flashing textures or just looks super rushed like most crap on the workshop.

the save has a good performance, with how small it is currently at least, and the layout was interesting. that part where you go to two different staircases at both sides reminded me strangely alot of that part in the crusher level from doom 2, as well as that part of phobos lab in the original doom.
the only thing you can say about it is that it didnt feature alot of detail, but to be all honest, the save runs alot better without a bunch of decorative props everywhere, and the save looked good without them, too.

ps i tried to get the actual save to show up in my comment, but for some god damn reason, it insteads generates a link to this exact discussion, which makes no sense since i clearly copied the page url of the save, not the discussion.
